15 years in marketing leadership at Amazon across B2B and B2C businesses, setting strategy, building teams and connecting marketing to growth across multiple countries. Now working with a small number of logistics-tech and retail-tech scale-ups to bring that same focus to their businesses.
The problem
Many Series A–C logistics-tech and retail-tech scale-ups have revenue, a sales team, and ambition - and a long list of marketing tactics that don't quite connect to the bottom line.
You don't need another agency or another junior hire. You need an operator who has built marketing engines before, at scale, and can do it again. All without the overhead of a full-time senior executive.
The solution
I start by working out where marketing is adding to pipeline today, and where it isn’t. That means getting into the funnel, the team, the spend and how you’re measuring it, so we’re working from what’s really happening rather than what everyone hopes is happening.
Then I write the plan to turn product-market fit into pipeline you can predict and repeat, sized to your stage and the capital you’ve got to work with. It’s the plan I’d want if I were running your marketing myself.
This is where I roll my sleeves up and put the plan into the business with you: hiring the team, setting a weekly rhythm, getting the channels working and building reporting people actually read. The aim is a team that runs well without me, so I can hand it over.
